What is Doit.io?
Doit.io is a productivity tool that helps you take notes, manage projects, share ideas, and collaborate, all in one central place. You can store and organize anything from personal moments to work-related projects.
When can I start using Doit.io?
You can now access Doit.io Beta. You can create a new account here. We look forward to any feedback you might have.
Can I use Doit.io for free?
Absolutely! Doit is free to use for as long as you want. The Free plan does have some limitations such as file attachments and advanced editing. You can upgrade to Premium or Workspace at any time.
How do I request features?

I found a bug, how do I report it?
As things will not be perfect during the beta period, we would be grateful if you can report any bugs that you may discover. You can click the Key: Feedback at the bottom right of Doit.io on desktop, or you can send us an email to beta@doit.io.
Can I share notes with my family, friends, or colleagues?
Yes, you can share and invite people to any note that you own. There are limits to the number of people you can invite per note if you're using the free plan.
Can I create sub-tasks?
Yes, you can create subtasks when you create a task list within a note. You can indent any task, event, text, or file section, by using the TAB key. Sub-tasks (or sub-sections) can be collapsed/expanded as needed. Rememeber: This does not apply when creating Tasks from My Tasks, only within a note.
How do I create a template?
We've currently disabled the template options since we didn't feel it was bringing much to the table. We will work on improving it and will include it again once we feel it's of a standard we are standard
Is there a limit on the size of the file, image, doc, etc I can upload?
Yes, for the free plan it's a 25MB limit, and for the premium plan 250MB. For Workspaces, there's no limit!
Can I use Doit.io offline?
For now no! However, this is a feature that is being worked on and will be added later on.
Does Doit.io integrate with Gmail?
Currently no, but this is a feature that will be added shortly. You can review the roadmap here.
